Forgot or lost your login and/or password?
- Enter the email address used when you registered with HitTrax
- Ensure there are no spaces before or after the email address, which usually occurs when an email address is copied/pasted into the box.
- Press the 'send me my login' button
- Check your email for your login and password
- If your email is different, such as a changed email, try logging in with your old email address and password, Then, click on 'My Account' and update your details.
- Note: If you cannot remember your old login, send us an email and tell us your old and new email address. Click here to notify of an email address change.
